beach trng today!
not much ppl, cus today is qing ming.
so a lot of them went to bai bai.
ii'll be missing nxt sun trng, cus it'll be my turn to bai bai. lol.

anw, ii'm quite happy wihth myself for today luh.
ii complete da 8sets of run-swim-run.
after tht ii still can chiong for my surfboard.
ii think there's something wrong with me today luh.
ii dont knw how come ii manage to complete da 8sets.
it's amazingly amazing! lol.
althought da route is shorter,
but nomally whn it's this route.
ii've never swim tht fast eh.
everytime also ii come in last de.
suddenly feeel so motivated to go for next beach trng!
too bad i hafta miss nxt sun's trng.
